		<description>I alos had a problem with my server losing conenction to my network.  After diagnosing the gateway, switch ARP and routing table, I tried conneting in safe mode, it worked there.

I then knew a service was causing trouble, after trial and error I foudn that the IPSEC service caused my network connection to fail.  I should have checked Event viewer first for this error...
